1.INTRODUCTION In the global context of saving energy and natural resources, we have noticed an uncovered area related to the energy rehabilitation or the design of new buildings, consisting in actively saving energy and resources inside the buildings, by reducing consumption through monitoring and adapting lights, acclimatization systems' functions or sanitary spaces to users' habits, considering a number of factors.
